- **Document AI and AI agents** – Systems that read your documents, fill your forms and answer questions from your own material. Reading supplier invoices into an ERP, pulling figures out of PDFs, retrieval assistants over internal documentation. This is the one that starts with a free one-week proof of concept.
- **Automation** – The small jobs that quietly eat a week a month: reports that should assemble themselves, handovers between two systems that happen by copy-paste, notifications that never reach the right person. Available as a monthly arrangement from €300, so it keeps working rather than rotting.
- **AI training** – A half-day or two-day workshop for teams who already use AI tools without quite knowing how they work. In Hungarian, Serbian or English. You leave with an AI usage policy written for your company and attendance records. From €490.

- **EuroForm** – Digital European Accident Statement. A modern, AI-driven replacement for the paper European accident report. Drivers document a collision in seconds: the camera reads vehicle documents and licence plates (OCR), voice-to-text captures the account of the accident in any European language, and the result is a complete, structured report ready to hand to the insurer.
- **my-build** – Describe Your House, Get a Floor Plan. Type "3-bedroom house, open kitchen, garage on the left" and get an editable 2D floor plan generated by Claude against a strict schema. Draw and refine walls, doors and windows on a snapping canvas, stack up to four floors, flip the plan into a 3D model with an auto-generated roof, and export dimensioned PNG/PDF drawings for architects and builders.
- **otkucano** – Judicial Auction Search That Understands Serbian. An independent mirror of Serbia's public judicial and enforcement auctions with search that finally tolerates how people type: Cyrillic or Latin, with or without diacritics, "7. jula" or "Sedmog jula". A Python pipeline reverse-engineers and politely ingests the official portal, redacts personal data, and a Next.js frontend serves it in four languages.
- **Perkly** – Loyalty Programs for Local Businesses. A full loyalty platform delivered as an installable PWA. Customers discover nearby shops on a map, collect points by scanning a QR code at the counter and redeem rewards; shop owners get a dashboard to manage employees, rewards, transactions and customer analytics, with push notifications keeping both sides engaged.

## How a project works

1. **The Spark** – You describe the problem in your own words. We say whether we can help, and whether a week is enough to prove it. Sometimes the answer is no, and we say so on the call.
2. **The Sprint** – We build a working proof of concept for one named process, on your own data, in a week. Free. An MVP is a different thing and is not free — we will have said which one you are getting before we start.
3. **The Verdict** – You see it run, including what it gets wrong. Then you decide. No-go is a normal outcome and costs you nothing.
4. **The Mission** – If it is a go, we build the real thing at a price agreed before work starts. Typically €12,000–25,000 for a custom build, depending on scope.
5. **The Orbit** – Somebody has to keep it alive after launch. The automation subscription covers monitoring, upkeep and one new automation a month, and you can cancel any month.

**Where is MALI Labs located?**
MALI Labs is based in Ada, Vojvodina, in northern Serbia, about 50 km from the Hungarian border. We work remotely with clients across Serbia, Hungary and the European Union.

**What does MALI Labs do?**
Three things you can buy: document AI and AI agents that read your documents and answer questions from your own material, automation of the small manual jobs that eat a week a month, and AI literacy training for teams. Underneath those we do ordinary engineering when a job needs it — web applications, systems integration and APIs, data pipelines, and high-performance C++ desktop software.

**How does a project with MALI Labs start?**
With a 20-minute call. If there is one concrete process worth proving, we build a working proof of concept for it in a week, free of charge, on your own data. If you like what you see, we agree a price and carry on — either as a monthly automation subscription from €300, or as a fixed-price build. The proof of concept is free; an MVP or a full build is not.

**Which languages does the team work in?**
English, Hungarian and Serbian. Documentation, meetings and the software itself can be delivered in any of them.

**Do you work with companies outside Serbia?**
Yes. Most of our clients are in Serbia, Hungary and other EU countries, and we regularly work with international teams remotely.
